We are located in Tweed, Ontario, Canada. Conveniently situated halfway
between Toronto and Ottawa, just north of the 401, and just over 1 hour from the
nearest U.S. border crossing at Alexandria Bay, New York.

We are a family run 100 acre private farm where horses can be horses! All of our foals are imprinted at birth and spend spring thru fall in our many rolling lush pastures in large family groups. We always hear from visitors how they are amazed at how happy, relaxed and laidback our horses are, both adults and youngsters!

We happily assist our American buyers with all arrangements required to easily transport their new horse home. Border crossing with horses between Canada and the USA is easy and inexpensive. Horses require only a current Coggins test and an International Health Certificate stamped by a federal government veterinarian (the closest federal office is only 30 mins from us). The total cost for all these requirements, including our own veterinarian's fees, is approximately $150. There is also a small USDA charge at the border itself (approximately $30), and if you are hiring a commercial transport to ship your horse, a brokerage cost of about $125. We are familiar with a number of Ontario based professional horse transporters that can reasonably ship your horse home to you, no matter your location.
