SNOWY RIVER'S FIRST TWO CROPS OF FOALS ARE HERE!!

We had five foals in 2007 (see below) out of our TB and WB mares, and will have a total of 7 foals in 2008 - so far two tall palomino TB fillies with chrome, one buckskin Anglo Arabian colt and one buckskin WB/TB filly. We are still expecting a cremello or palomino WB/TB, a cremello or palomino TB out of our lovely Gold Apollo mare, and a buckskin Holsteiner/TB. WOW did we get blessed with Snowy's very first foal, born May 31/07. A CREMELLO colt out of our very special and best-producing CWHBA (Canadian Warmblood) mare Vienna - a palomino Hanoverian/Connemara cross by International show jumper Wodan II. "Prince" is everything we were hoping for - a huge handsome colt with tons of bone, lovely correct legs, sweet temperament and a bonus of 4 white socks and a big star...not to mention his cremello coat!! Prince will be registered CWHBA. He is pictured below at 1 month old, 12 hrs old and 1 week old. More photos to come!




Our next Snowy foal was born on June 10/07, and this time it was a lovely palomino filly with the cutest dished face and a quiet, gentle nature! This very pretty filly is out of our dark bay CSHA (Canadian Sporthorse) and CWHBA (to be inspected shortly) mare Romantic Fanfare - by well known sire A Fine Romance and out of an imported Hanoverian mare. "Beauty" will be eligible for CWHBA papers or part-bred CSHA, or of course could be presented to the registry of your choice. She should make a wonderful line prospect while she grows up, and later be an excellent eye-catching choice for hunter/jumper or eventing. She is for sale pre-weaning, please inquire.

The next Snowy foal "Simba" is a full TB colt, can be reg'd JC. He is the most gorgeous eye-catching shade of light buttermilk buckskin with those lovely dark points, a small star and one hind sock. This is a very tall colt, very correct with lots of bone and a beautiful head, plus a temperament to die for. This fellow will turn heads in the show ring, excellent line prospect while he is growing up! He is for sale pre-weaning, please inquire.







We were absolutely delighted to see this next baby! She is a gorgeous caramel buckskin filly with great big blaze and two socks. "Kiara" is out of our lovely imported Holsteiner mare Aviata, that showed successfully in the Grand Prix jumpers. Kiara is big and bold and beautiful, with outstanding movement and that all round "Wow" factor! If you are looking for a top show prospect for any discipline, that will also be one of a kind in the eye-appeal department, here she is! She is for sale pre-weaning, please inquire.







Last but not least...this HUGE full Thoroughbred palomino colt out of our great big 17.2hh TB mare Star's Search. Can be reg'd with the JC. This colt is just like his mom, enormous and with tons of bone. He's a placid laid back sweetheart just like her too! He sports a full face blaze and one hind stocking to the hock, you just can't see them easily in these photos as his baby coat is so light, he will darken with age and then the lovely markings will pop right out! "Thunder" shows outstanding movement and prescence at only 3 weeks of age, below. He should finish over 17hh just like his dam's other offspring.
